
Caipirinha
Ingredients:
3 doses of cachaça
1 lemon
3 tablespoons of filtered lemon juice
2 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of crushed ice.
Preparation:
Use two glasses, cut the lemon in four parts and put 2
parts in each glass. Split the cachaça, the lemon
juice, the honey and the water in two parts for each glass.
Crush the lemon parts well with a small crusher. Fill
the glasses with the ice, stir well and serve right after.
